Do you match prices?
Sorry, but no. The quality of our services surpasses that of the competition. We pride ourselves not only on the quality of our work but also on our speed. We can typically paint twice as many faces per hour as the competition without sacrificing the quality of our work.
Do I need to leave a deposit?
Yes, your deposit reserves your time slot as you requested.
How do I pay the remaining balance for my party?
Payment is due on or before the day of your party/event. We accept cash, credit, and debit cards with the Visa, MasterCard, or AMEX logo. Personal checks are not accepted. Only business checks will be accepted for this event.
Will there be one or two artists present?
Our rates are based on one artist unless otherwise specified in the services section of your invoice.
What if I need the artist to stay longer?
Please book your event/party accordingly. We can help you with the estimated time needed. At certain times, our artists may stay longer if necessary, but we often have strict schedules (especially on weekends) and may not be able to stay longer than originally booked.
How many faces can you paint in an hour?
Depending on the complexity of the design, we can paint approximately 15 faces per hour using traditional face painting. If you opt for Express Face Painting, we have several pre-selected smaller styles of face painting or airbrush designs that can be applied at a rate of approximately 24 to 30 per hour (full faces are not permitted).
How many airbrush tattoos can you apply in an hour?
On average, we can apply approximately 30-40 individual temporary tattoos per hour.
Can I use my discount coupon?
Of course! Please note that only one discount/coupon may be used per booking. Also, discounts are deducted from the total, not the hourly rate.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancellations require 48 hours' notice to retain your deposit.
Do I tip my artist?
Sure...this is California, baby 🙂
